Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33,PA34-40,PH18-26,PH30,PH31-41,PH49-50. Scottish Islands Includes postcodes: HS1-9,IV40-51,IV55-56, JA27-28,KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

International Orders: If your parcel is large or weighs over 30kg, there may be additional shipping costs. If this is the case we will contact you before we process your order. 

*Mainland Courier Next Day. You must place your order before 12pm. If the order is placed after this time it will be be dispatched the next working day.

We are unable to offer a next day service to: Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Offshore or Northern Ireland.

Orders Shipped by Interlink Courier

You will receive an email notification from our courier, Interlink, once the parcel has been scanned at their depot. On the day of delivery Interlink will send you another email giving you a 1hr delivery timeslot.  We are very proud of this service and we hope that all our customers will benefit from knowing the time of delivery. If the date of delivery is unsuitable you can reply back to Interlink's email to rearrange a more convenient date.

DISPATCH TIMESCALES 

We aim to despatch goods to you within 24hrs of your order being accepted. The majority of orders are despatched either same day if placed before 12 noon or the next working day. 

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.  If you wish to obtain the tracking number  for your order, please contact us by email myorder@bebeco.co.uk or call us on 0845 057 9383. 

BACK ORDERS
Items shown on our website are available for immediate dispatch to you. However we are unable to monitor intra-daily stock levels and your item may have been purchased by another customer just prior to your order and before the automated stock control system has had the chance to update stock levels, in this instance a stock shortage may occur, although this is rare. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you at your request. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If you refuse the parcel when our courier company attempts to hand the parcel to you; or you do not make arrangements to have the parcel redelivered if a card is left and the parcel is subsequently returned to us, we will deduct a flat rate of £14.95 from any refund due, in respect of additional costs incurred by Bebeco.

We will deduct a return surcharge of £45 for international orders sent by courier  This is regardless of whether you paid postage or not on your initial order.

Should you wish to have the parcel redelivered after it has been returned to us a re delivery charge of £7.95 (Mainland UK parcels), £18.00 (Highlands & Islands of Scotland, NI & Offshore)  and £29.95 (for International orders) will be made and the goods dispatched only after we have received this payment from you

LOST/DELAYED PARCELS
If your parcel has not arrived within 5 Business days of us sending you your dispatch notice, please contact us immediately so we can trace your items.

Overseas and BFPO addresses and other

We are sorry but we are currently not able to ship outside of the UK & Europe Zone 1/2/3/4. Nor can we ship to BFPO or PO Boxes .
